A Retrospective Timeline

Steps:

• Silently write down on sticky notes the major events that occurred
• Create a single timeline on a wall 
• One by one, layout the notes in order of occurrence on the timeline
• Place positive events above the timeline and negative events below the timeline
• Discard duplicates
• Have one person walk through the final timeline
• One by one, rank the events on the timeline using dot voting 
• Identify actions for the highest ranked events
• Rerun the time line with the actions and see what changes and if you get the desired outcome.

回忆过去

•时间范围：2013/09/01 到2013/10/30
•每个人回忆在这个阶段发生的让你印象深刻的事情。
•逐个把note贴在时间墙上。
•正面事件贴在时间轴上方， 负面事件贴在时间轴下方。
•避免重复事件。
•最后请一位同事回顾整个时间墙。

展望未来

•大家投票决定， 时间墙上的那些事件是我们团队的成就。
• 如果时间可以倒流，
•如果我有机会可以改变一些事情，
•你会改变什么？
•投票
•票数最高的前三位， 会付诸行动。
